Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the time of year and the programs you are enrolled in (e.g., more messages during registration periods). You can expect to receive approximately 1–8 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. NCMC does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may also contact the NCMC IT Help Desk to be removed from the program.
Carriers
